Wigley Connect is led by Director Danny Leitch, who has been part of the team since July 2023.
Danny is a former British Army Major with a proven background in Operational Leadership and Management. He is a graduate of the UKs Defence Academy, Intermediate Command and Staff Program with 30 years of experience in operational delivery, planning, organisational agility, and resilience.
As Director Danny is responsible for the overall delivery of Wigley Connect’s core functions, enabling growth and enhanced performance for the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio of companies and selected clients.

Communications
Wigley Connect’s Communications Team seamlessly delivers bespoke communications strategies for Wigley Investment Holdings’ portfolio of companies and strategic relationships.
This incorporates a variety of skills and responsibilities which include social media & website management, events management, graphic design, copy writing, site marketing and public relations among other duties. In addition to this, they support Wigley’s charitable and community efforts through the promotion of the Wigley Community Fund and Wigley Support Fund.
The team works closely with the Strategic Communications & Brand Manager to support the protection, development and marketing of businesses owned by Wigley Investment Holdings.
Compliance
The Compliance Team provides high quality support in ensuring adherence to both industry requirements and internal company policies, procedures, and processes.
Regular review, updates and audits of the company’s integrated management system are carried out to maintain the Wigley Investment Holdings’ ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and ISO 45001:2018 Health & Safety.
Accounts
Wigley Connect’s Accounts team offers comprehensive financial solutions tailored to the individual needs of each business within Wigley Investment Holdings’ portfolio, as well as their strategic relationships.
The team manages everything from processing supplier invoices and raising sales ledger invoices to chasing customer payments and handling staff expenses. Their bespoke financial reporting services ensure compliance and enhance decision-making.
With their accurate and efficient accounting support, stakeholders gain timely insights, improved operational efficiency, and the confidence to focus on core business activities.
Office Management

Administration
Wigley Connect’s experienced Administration Team delivers seamless administrative services to the directors and executives within the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio of companies and its strategic relationships.
The team covers a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including diary management, booking travel & accommodation and spreadsheet/data management. This extends to minuting meetings, including quarterly board meetings for each business, as well as offering ad hoc administrative support to the directors within Wigley Investment Holdings when required.
This important function allows businesses to focus on their core specialties, knowing their critical administration is being handled diligently and efficiently.
