Following a career in Operations Management in the justice sector, Chris joined the team in 2018. With a strong background in operational management and leadership, hje has had an exciting and varied journey with Virtus, which after four years led him to take on the role of Director of Group Operations.
In line with a strategic re-organisation of the Wigley portfolio, he is now Managing Director of Virtus Property Services Ltd. In this role he is responsible for overall the leadership and strategic direction of high-performing team offering a variety of property management services.

Operations Director
Danny manages the business operations for Virtus Property Services Ltd, ensuring our property management services are delivered smoothly, on time and on budget.
He is a former British Army, Parachute Regiment Major with 30 years military experience including operational deployments across the Middle East. His final post in the military was the resource and planning lead for 16 Air Assault Brigade Combat Team, where he was directly responsible for managing, allocating and monitoring a circa 38M budget for a high readiness operational formation of 5500 people. He has a passion for organisational agility and resilience this, underpinned with well-developed decision-making skills and an extensive knowledge of leading and managing diverse teams.
Danny has a strong track record of delivering essential output balanced against the constraints of budgets and policy who, is able to work to short notice timelines in pressurised environments. An accomplished leader and planner with both operational and support (HQ) experience in logistics, supply chain, programme and risk management.

Kevin Dale

Property Manager
Kevin joined the business in 2016 before being appointed as Property Manager in 2021, bringing with him vast experience in excavating and laying services for telecoms, gas and water providers. He is also a qualified site manager.
His role includes managing the Building Maintenance team and he is responsible for all aspects of property management involving the company’s owned assets while also managing vacant properties for our third-party clients.

Jonathan joined the business at sixteen when he had the responsibility of completing grounds maintenance and landscaping work within our property portfolio.
He then moved into the building maintenance team and completed courses in painting, decorating and plastering. During 2019, Jonathan worked in all areas of the business as part of a secondment, which led to him providing full-time support to the Estates team.
In 2023, Jonathan became the company’s Commercial Drone Pilot after he spotted an opportunity to provide significant value to the Group and associated businesses. He also offers his drone pilot services to third parties.

Richard Matthews

Property Assistant
Richard became part of the Tetra team in August 2021 and was appointed as Property Assistant in May 2023.
He provides daily support to the Property Manager and the wider team. This includes visiting sites within the portfolio and acting on behalf of the landlord regarding health and safety, and compliance matters. Richard also assists the Property Manager with mandatory checks for buildings within the portfolio.

Mark joined The Wigley Group in March 2020 and forms part of our Building Maintenance team.
With previous experience in highway maintenance and groundworks, he now works across our portfolio properties, carrying out planned and reactionary maintenance works.

Ben became a member of the team in February 2024. Led by our Property Manager, Kevin Dale, Ben efficiently carries out essential works across our extensive portfolio of properties.
With a background primarily in the plumbing industry, Ben brings valuable expertise in delivering and fitting radiators to his role. Eager to further his skills and knowledge, Ben is actively pursuing additional qualifications, excited about the opportunities they will unlock for him in the future. -

Grounds Maintenance Operative
David joined us in 2010 and is the longest-serving member of the Building Maintenance team.
He is an integral link between the frontline staff, tenants and management. David is responsible for the grounds maintenance and landscaped areas within the company’s portfolio and assists the wider team with maintenance works.
