Our expert team works across the real estate life cycle to support our clients’ and partners’ business objectives. We help maintain and grow the value of property assets by supporting property owners and maximising the appeal of vacant assets for potential tenants.
We meet the diverse and complex requirements of any applicable legislation, insurance policies and warranties, and where possible and appropriate, exceed basic requirements.
Virtus operates to a triple standard across health and safety, quality and environmental management. This includes ISO 4500 certification for health and safety, ISO 9001 in quality management, and ISO 14001 in environmental management.
Working closely with asset managers and fund managers, property companies, agents and other professional advisors, our business has a 60-year track record of performance.
Virtus is led by Managing Director Chris Parsons, and Operations Director Danny Leitch. They are supported by the experienced Executive Board of Wigley Investment Holdings Ltd.
